As a company certificated by ISO9001-2008, we do actions exactly as per the quality control system. Furthermore, we set up the strict QC process and assurance promise.

1. Carefully study customer's specification and find the corresponding international standard such as ASTM, AMS, ASGMIL, 

TOCT, NF, and GB that will be strictly followed up. 

2. A manual for each post was issued and carried out strictly. 

3. Our workshop prepare for sample and send it to customer for test, the specification for regular orders is fixed after customer's approval; 

4. Our professional technicians track the whole process including raw material incoming, production and finished products inspection; 

5. Any products found unsatisfied by customers can be replaced or paid return with a non-conformity report within 60-90days after goods delivery. 

Quality Control

All materials provided by MATEK are furnished with a Certificate of Analysis stipulating exact purity and trace elements present in the product. Through state-of-the-art analytical and diagnostic equipment, our engineering technicians monitor material properties during individual processing. To ensure absolute quality, consistency and purity, our analytical capabilities include:
